• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is inspected.

• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (personal care, intimate products, customized items).
